The difference between clear float glass and ultra clear float glass is that clear glass has a higher iron content, so it has a slightly greenish appearance that is particularly visible when looking at the edges of the glass. When we reduce the iron content, we get ultra clear glass with a beautiful light-blue edge and more neutral color.
1. Higher security. Ultra clear glass has lower iron content, more stringent impurity purification, bring lower risk of spontaneous breakage. More safety for high-rise buildings and super high buildings.
2. Higher transmittance. Visible light transmittance of ultra clear glass near 92%, 3% higher than normal clear float glass.
3. Higher purity. Ultra clear glass is more beautiful than normal clear float glass with a jewel-like blue edge. Restore the original color and present the best visualizations. Suitable for decoration & show cases.
